How can all prices include delivery in the UK?

We believe that an important part of buying online is that, as a customer, you know exactly what you are going to pay upfront. We have designed our site with this in mind and we include priority delivery within the UK in all prices shown.

How about outside of the UK?

We supply over 40 countries worldwide with our goods and you will be very surprised at the low additional delivery costs that we charge. The best thing to do is to select your items, go to the checkout and see the delivery cost.

How long does delivery take?

We try really very hard to ensure all items are always in stock, however sometimes stock shortages do occur. We will inform you immediately if this is the case. All orders in the UK will be despatched within 24hrs and will arrive in 1-2 working days. The normal delivery time for Europe is circa 3-7 working days, however delays do occur, depending on your location and nature of what you order. If you would like your order sent by guaranteed registered post (next day in the UK), then this can be arranged for a modest additional fee. Please enquire for details.

I would like some reassurance before ordering; do you offer a guarantee or insurance if I place an order?

Firstly, by law, you are covered by distance selling regulations, meaning that you are entitled to return your item in the original packaging and get a full refund. Secondly, we have superb feedback from over 57000 happy customers (see our home page for link) and we maintain this by working to ensure that every customer issue is dealt with promptly and to its full conclusion.
