Delivery Options and Ordering Information

How long does delivery take?

All orders in the UK will be despatched within 24-48hrs and will arrive in 2-4 working days. Most larger items are sent by next day DPD Local courier. The normal delivery time for Europe is circa 3-7 working days, however delays may occur, depending on your location and nature of what you order. If you would like your order sent by guaranteed registered post (next day in the UK), then this can be arranged for a modest additional fee. Please select the fast shipping option when you order.

How about outside of the UK?

We supply over 50 countries worldwide with our goods and you will be very surprised at the low additional delivery costs that we charge. The best thing to do is to select your items, go to the checkout and see the delivery cost.

I would like some reassurance before ordering; do you offer a guarantee or insurance if I place an order?

Firstly, by law, you are covered by distance selling regulations, meaning that you are entitled to return your item in the original packaging and get a full refund. Secondly, we have superb feedback from over 20000 happy customers (see our feedback) and we maintain this by working to ensure that every customer issue is dealt with promptly and to its full conclusion.

ReturnsYou have the right to cancel and return your item within 30 working days of receipt. All goods are the purchasers responsibility until they are safely received by us in their original condition. We therefore recommend that an insured service is used if returning goods. We do not refund return postage costs, but will provide a full refund of the original purchase. You must notify us within 7 working days in writing if you would like to return your goods.
